At our 80,000 sq. ft. facility, we process more than 800 vehicles per month and inventory over 30,000 quality used auto parts. All of our products can be easily accessed and viewed through our online parts inventory. We supply parts to all in need; whether you’re a repair shop or an individual looking for a great deal! Customers are encouraged to call ahead so their purchase can be inspected, cleaned, and ready upon their arrival. Likewise, business customers are welcome to take advantage of our free delivery service within the Waterloo region. Most parts are supplied on the same day if plausible.

Product Policy

All of our items are used auto parts unless stated otherwise. We inspect and test all parts, to ensure our quality standards are met before parts are sold, shipped, delivered, or picked up.

All of KW Auto Wreckers’ used parts carry a 60-day guarantee with unlimited mileage, except batteries which carry a 2-year warranty. In addition, we offer an extended 1-year Parts and Labour warranty. Labour is covered at $50 per hour according to the Mitchell book. Towing is not included. Warranty is limited to replacement, repair, or refund at the option of the seller. Freight costs are not refundable. As well, body sections cut to order are non-returnable.

Tips for Selecting Used Auto Parts

Most people are skeptical when buying used auto parts because of their reliability. If you feel the same issue, here are some tips you can use to select the ideal used auto parts:

  • Discuss the mileage of the vehicle from which you are getting your parts.
  • Ask for pictures of the parts beforehand.
  • Ask for a Vehicle Identification Number or VIN and verify them with local auto service departments.
  • Check for the warranty for each part.

Engines are guaranteed to be in good operating condition with reasonable limits of specifications as stated by the seller. i.e. oil pressure, compression, and oil consumption. They are drained of oils. Only the crankshaft, block, heads, and valve train are covered under this guarantee. Accessories such as water pumps, fuel pumps, distributors, injectors, and exhaust manifolds are left on for customer convenience only. A radiator in good working order must also be installed. Please make sure there is sufficient lubricant and coolant before starting the engine.

Standard Transmission and Rear Ends are guaranteed functional assemblies and are not noisy. Gears are guaranteed at the time of purchase. Cracked or broken teeth after the sale are obvious abuse and will not be warranted.

Automaic Transmissions are guaranteed functional assemblies. They are drained of oil. It is recommended that the front and rear seals, pan gaskets, and filters be replaced prior to installation. The transmission coolant must be flushed hydraulically with our flush before installation.

Obvious Abusse or operating the assembly when low on lubricant or coolant violates the warranty.

Returns

All used auto parts may be returned for a full refund or exchange within the first 60 days of the original purchase unless stated otherwise. Returned parts must be in the same condition as when sold.
